The Sao Paolo office was launched in September 2007 headed up by its partner, Stephen Hood. It has four partners and seven associates in the Brazilian office.

The chairmen of Mayer Brown Chicago, Bert Krueger said that the alliance with T&C is an important step for global strategy to empower the strengths in both local and global offices. The combination of their resources in Sao Paolo office with T&C is hoped to give benefits for the existing and future clients and also give a better chance for both firms to grow.
